Are you our next Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager? We're looking for a new talent to complete our team! In this role, you will help drive efficiency, optimize processes and resources while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your knack for communication allows you to easily collaborate with different stakeholders and make our customers happy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will ensure correct product & volumes are delivered to the customer on time & in saleable condition
- Tracking productivity daily in order to meet & exceed the budget targets
- Accurately planning floor layout changes to meet volume demands
- Schedule weekly manpower requirements cost-effectively based on projected volumes and previous year’s history
- Support shift leads where necessary, including covering absences
- Planning daily contingency to react to exceptions created by external & internal influences to meet customer expectations
- Evaluate & purchase material handling equipment & supplies
- Develop systems & processes to reduce costs & waste, while increasing productivity
- Ensure that the safety and efficiency of the warehouse is guaranteed
- Evaluate & plan overall supply chain processes and cooperate with the Tech team to implement necessary IT changes
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales & Production, to satisfy customer needs and optimize logistics processes
YOUR KPIs:
- Inventory accuracy in the warehouse/cool cell
- Picking quality, speed & efficiency
- Supplier ramp up time, logistic planning accuracy
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 5+ years’ experience at a supervisory level in a warehouse facility
- Strong organizational, planning & IT skills (Word & Excel) required
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written)
- Proven track record of effectively leading a group

- EU/EFTA or Swiss residence permit
