Our client, a leading telecommunications company in Bern, is hiring a Senior System Engineer (VMware, NetApp) to oversee and be the single point of contact for the global virtual server infrastructure. This permanent role offers an opportunity to contribute to a sustainably expanding company.
As a System Engineer, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for global virtual server infrastructure
- Support storage management using NetApp solutions
- Lead infrastructure installation and upgrade projects
- Manage Linux and Windows servers
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong expertise in VMware and virtual server management
- Proficiency with NetApp storage solutions
- A collaborative mindset and high integrity
- STEM degree(s) or relevant certifications
- EU/EFTA citizenship, fluent English (German is a plus)
