In this role, your main objective will be to strengthen Skyguide's Business Portfolio Management framework. It aims to establish proper ownership and transparency in the way Business and Support units are managed in the company. "Portfolio Manager" is to be understood in a business sense, not as related to Project/Portfolio management practices.
Your tasks:
- Optimize the Business Portfolio, coordinate Business Units setup, and act as single contact point for all units in the organisation
- Maintain a Platform of Exchange including planning and facilitating Business Unit Committees
- Lead Business Unit improvements and continuously improve the Business Unit management framewok
- Facilitate the evolution of relevant Support Functions
- Align Business Portfolio Management with adjacent processes and identifies synergies and usage for expertise
- Maintain & Integrate Business Portfolio Management Framework into Skyguide's governance and management system
What we are looking for:
- Master's degree, or equivalent level of professional experience, in a science, engineering, or business-oriented discipline
- Working knowledge of aviation or air navigation
- Result-oriented professional with experience in cross-functional management
- Inspirational leader with strong, focused communication skills
- Languages : English Fluent, French or German a plus
