We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Campus Nurse to join our Health & Wellbeing Department at Les Roches Crans-Montana. The Campus Nurse will contribute to the holistic development of students by providing high-quality, student-centered support services. This role is integral in fostering a healthy and safe campus environment, promoting student success, and enriching the overall student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional health of students.
- Provide triage, care, and first aid for sick or injured students (and employees within limitations).
- Administer prescribed medications and manage health documentation.
- Track immunizations and other necessary medical requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
- Observe school operations and recommend changes to optimize the health of all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with school staff, faculty, and community health care providers to implement health protocols and preventive measures.
- Provide health education on various topics to students and employees.
- Assist students in identifying and managing health concerns to support their academic success.
- Promote independence in managing chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes).
- Organize campus activities related to health promotion and prevention (workshops, awareness days, guest speakers, etc.).
- Offer in-service training to staff on medical issues affecting the school community.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider community.
- Support campus health services, participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s health care services.
- Ensure students have access to comprehensive medical and health insurance services.
Requirements:
- Nurse generalist diploma (Level II) or HES degree.
- Qualifications in holistic or integrative approaches are a plus.
- Previous experience in a nursing care unit, accident/emergency department, or similar setting.
- Experience working with young adults in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Strong ability to work within a diverse team.

- Proactive, flexible, and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Strong command of both English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficient in IT and systems use.
