Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore and analyze the integrated data and report contents, plan relevant platform development strategies according to business needs, to provide business insights and support business operation efficiently.
- Work with cross functional team to establish data-related innovative solutions, influence and promote innovative data analysis solutions to improve the quality of reporting platform.
- Responsible for leading the overall management of relevant data reporting projects, requirement analysis, usage feedback tracking analysis and continuous optimization via cooperation with related parties.
- Ensure smoothly integration of various data sources into reporting platform.
- Coordinate data visualization.
- Ensure the delivery of development and optimization meet business needs, as well as the stability of operation and maintenance of the reporting platform.
- Based on rich technical knowledge and experience, establish online innovation tools to support business decision.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in preferred Statistics. Biostatistics, Finance, Life science, Computer Science background.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- Around 5 year related working experience. Experience in pharma or consulting provider multinational company are preferred.
- With at least 3 years experiences of data application and analytics project management.
- Digital relative and big data experience and technology are preferred.
- Experience with Power BI and Python are preferred.
