How you’ll make an impact

Expertise and Solutions: Serve as the expert for specific defects or locations, providing in-depth knowledge and solutions across the value chain

Monitoring and RCA: Monitor NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct RCAs to identify root causes

Corrective Actions and JDIs: Define and implement corrective actions and Just-Do-It (JDI) initiatives for quick resolutions

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases

Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the success of implemented solutions and KPIs
Your background
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable

Background in quality function or project management or engineering or R&D in gas-insulated switchgear field

Min. 5 years working experience in continuous improvements and/or sustainable solutions integration

Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial

Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus

Good communication and cultural sensitivity
