Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation systems, mobile devices, servers & network components.
• Configure system installations, including directory structures, menu systems, and user interfaces.
• Handle hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare and test hardware for new employees, and provide IT introduction and support.
• Track inventory, assist with procurement, and develop simple scripts for workstation systems.

• Higher vocational training in technology/computer science
• Working experience minimum 3 years on a similar role
• Process skills such as ITIL, etc.
• Customer and service-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
• Good communication skills at various levels, team player and organizational skills
• Languages: English and German at B2-C1 level (spoken + written)
