Job Description- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation systems, mobile devices, servers & network components.
- Configure system installations, including directory structures, menu systems, and user interfaces.
- Handle hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare and test hardware for new employees, and provide IT introduction and support.
- Track inventory, assist with procurement, and develop simple scripts for workstation systems.
- Higher vocational training in technology/computer science
- Working experience minimum 3 years on a similar role
- Process skills such as ITIL, etc.
- Customer and service-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
- Good communication skills at various levels, team player and organizational skills
- Languages: English and German at B2-C1 level (spoken + written)
