Overview: This role offers the unique opportunity to support a diverse range of personal administrative tasks along with the involvement in philanthropy foundation activities for the Middle East Children's Institute (MECI). Responsibilities:
Personal Tasks:
Expertly organize and manage both electronic and paper filing systems to optimize workflow. Maintain up-to-date contact cards in Outlook and manage interactions on LinkedIn and Facebook. Coordinate personal travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and execution of trips. Oversee daily agendas, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to ensure efficient time management. Assist in networking, meeting new people, and managing follow-ups effectively.
For MECI:
Maintain and update donor information databases, such as Salesforce and Outlook. Handle donor correspondence, including drafting and sending thank you letters. Assist in preparing and submitting reports and essential documents to stakeholders. Support the planning and coordination of events. Represent MECI at various forums and meetings, promoting the organization's objectives and interests.
Qualifications:
University degree. Native English speaker with excellent writing skills; C1 in French is a key component. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and with database management. Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use platforms like Canva, AI tools, and other modern software to enhance productivity and creativity. Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-paced environment. Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
