In the team of the corporate PMO, you will provide portfolio administrative support for the team manager and Portfolio Account managers (PAMs), covering reporting, data/information preparation in the company's SAP-PPM and record management. This will involve follow up and coordination with Project Managers, providing inputs for Governance meetings and reports, as well as inputs used in analysis.
- Working closely with PAMs, ensure data and information in corporate systems is available, reliable and consistent with standards
- Follow up as required with data owners for their specific projects, or their proposals for new projects/epics
- Provide outputs for regular/adhoc reports, decisions and analytics
- Support identification of risks and issues associated with projects
- Support annual planning and budgeting activities
- Work with SAP PPM and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) modules in the Corporate ERP system
- Organise record keeping and file structures, for easy retrieval of material for the team today, and for future audits
- Identify topics for improvements, e.g. where simplification will reduce manual entry, repetitive data entry, quality improvements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business domain, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years' experience in project or portfolio management area
- Able to use excel and reports, to identify quality issues to resolve them
- Experienced in data/information administration responsibilities
- Understanding of the main project management methodologies for waterfall and agile
- High diligence with attention to detail and quality
- Strong diplomatic communication skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in English written and orally, good command of French
