In your role you will count Sunrise B2B Directors your regular audience. You will cooperate with Sales Channel Management, Business Intelligence, Financial Controlling and Sales Steering teams on regular basis. You will be able to use your analytical, quantitative and communication skills as well as attention to detail to help Sunrise B2B plan, execute and learn from commercial processes and initiatives
Tasks:
- Providing regular performance insights to the B2B Sales and management teams highlighting deviations form trends and targes on key dimensions as well as resulting risks and opportunities as well as follow-up, deep-dive analysis
- Gathering bottom-up insights from the sales teams explaining performance trends
- Sales funnel monitoring and analysis (conversions from campaign and traffic/contact to lead to sale and to activation) (SME channels)
- Channel & team performance monitoring and analysis (channel specific KPIs, conversions, traffic, answer rate, sales per agent etc.) (SME channels)
- Channel target setting, sizing, and budget input
- Supporting development of the overall B2B business planning and performance monitoring and reporting framework and KPI pyramid, coordinating with B2B business units, Finance and BI
- Interfacing with Sales Steering team on sales targets cascading and sales channel performance
Requirements:
- A University degree in a quantitative, finance or business-related field
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proven experience in xls modelling
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills needed to cooperate, communicate with senior management team
- Telecommunication and/or Payment industry understanding
- Proficient level of English a must, fluent German beneficial
