You’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, ensuring it’s executed effectively. Additionally, you’ll support high-level decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help steer the future direction of the company.

Your Tasks
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the commercial and customer experience strategy as well as the overall company strategy for the tour operator business
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze market trends, competitor positioning etc. to develop and evaluate strategic options
- Business Development: Evaluate new strategic growth opportunities, and identify new markets and business segments within the travel and tourism industry
- Stakeholder Management: Build collaborative relationships across teams, maintain alignment with corporate strategy, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and monitor the performance of strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and regular reporting
- Company Steering: Link strategic long-term goals with annual & quarterly targets processes and facilitate an effective and transparent target steering process across the organization
- Executive Support: Assist the executive management team in decision-making, strategic prioritization and execution of key initiatives

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development, business development, or management consulting within the travel and tourism sector
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to derive insights from complex information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and company steering methodologies
