Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Robotics Specialist to join our team in Leibstadt, CH. This is a junior position ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in robotic systems, data handling, and process planning. Strong soft skills, including communication and teamwork, are essential. Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage quadruped robots and various payload configurations for industrial applications.
- Develop and implement data handling scripts to optimize robotic processes and workflows.
- Conduct process planning and support deployment of robotic systems in diverse industrial environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic operating systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support data management and reporting, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in German and/or English to provide updates, feedback, and project insights.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have aBachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering with focus on Robotics
- You have basic experience with Robotic Operating Systems (ROS) and quadruped robotics.
- You have theability to create and maintain scripts for data handling; experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- You arefluent in German and English
- You proved yourability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- You have solid process planning and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- You possessstrong analytical skills and an initiative-driven approach to achieving project success.
