Manager - Technology Consulting - SAP Supply Chain

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with main stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements
• Drive the design and implementation of the latest supply chain planning technology solutions suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Identify and lead opportunities to collaborate with local and international colleagues across EY
• Create business development opportunities in your domain
• Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice by owning or supporting client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities

Skills and attributes for success

• A Bachelor's, or Master's degree with a strong academic record of achievement with 7+ or respectively 5+ years of relevant working experience, including implementation of supply chain technologies
• Hands-on experience with the design and implementation of one or more of the following SAP modules: SAP PP, MM, QM, PM, WM/EWM, as well as with experience with integration to other major supply chain solutions (e.g. IBP, Ariba, Business Network, PLM, SRM/CRM, BI, MES etc.) preferred
• Relevant experience with process mapping or business process re-engineering, especially in the Consumer / Luxury Goods / Advanced Manufacturing industry in context of ERP transformations; previous experience in Consulting is a strong advantage
• Trained and experienced in project and stakeholder management; excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to take ownership and responsibility; well-versed in conveying information tailored to audience needs
• Full professional proficiency in English and French; any other language is considered a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Relevant certifications (SAP Supply Chain modules, Project Management methodologies, Agile processes) are an advantage
