The new GF Procurement organization brings together both divisions GF Building Flow Solutions and GF Piping Systems to one team. Therefore, it needs a appropriate Controlling function to fully harvest benefits for a global set up and at the same time it requires appropriate check and balances. In this new position you steer, define and implement global processes, performance measurement logics and support the Procurement organization in financial related topics. The position can be filled within the EU and where both divisions have locations.

Your tasks

• Support our global procurement organization in all financial related matters, including budget and cost controlling activities of it
• Sparring partner of CPO and procurement the excellence team, which includes development and enforcement of global standards and compliance checks
• Develop meaningful analysis around procurement performance metrics and (material) price development
• Monitor, support and review reported savings on global and local level and enhance reporting functionalities
• Point of contact for local controllers in all procurement related matters
• Oversee the financial aspects of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with financial terms and conditions

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree plus relevant working experience of minimum 6 years
• Sound experience in a global procurement organization, favorable in an industrial environment
• Knowledge and experience with creation/transformation processes within a global organization
• Stable and resilient personality with the ability to communicate on all levels within the company
• Independent working style with a pro-active mindset addressing issues and driving the organization
• Full professional proficiency in English; mastery of the German language is considered a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
