As a Senior Specialist- Sales Enablement you will strategically manage and contribute to On’s success by keeping sales moving, transforming business strategies into action and enabling the sales team to deliver a WOW experience to our partners. This highly cross-functional role will need you to collaborate with and influence multiple departments and teams within the EMEA region and globally. You will showcase an end-to-end understanding of existing and future sell-in process and commercial knowledge, coupled with solid project management and communication acumen.
Your Mission
- Serving as the go-to for all things collections and seasons for the EMEA sales team. You guide - You coach - You troubleshoot - You prevent. You innovate.
- Understanding the current sell-in process – including tiering, samples and showroom process; and advocate for solutions that meet business needs and improve the way we do sell-in.
- Driving efficiency and productivity by being a strong voice in how we best define our sell-in strategy and leading digitization and automation to increase ease of doing business.
- Aligning across regions and with the global commercial strategy team to define, prioritize, and execute projects.
- Working with EMEA key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure collaboration when designing solutions.
