To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Online Performance Marketing Specialist 100% in Basel Headquarters as of now.
Your Tasks
- You plan, implement and manage paid advertising channels such as Display, Retargeting, affiliate marketing or Social Ads across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Criteo and more.
- You manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and profitability.
- You develop compelling ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams, tailored to the target audience and platform requirements.
- You conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
- You oversee audience segmentation and targeting to ensure the right message reaches the right audience across channels.
- You monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and reports.
- You track key performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- You take the lead on projects focused on the further development and growth of performance marketing efforts, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
- You work closely with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to align campaigns with business needs and ensure consistent delivery of high-impact results.
your profile
- You have proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or agency environment.
- You have good knowledge of and practical experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, affiliate networks, or retargeting tools.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- You are skilled in budget management, including the ability to allocate and track budgets effectively.
- You are confident in collaborating effectively with creative teams and external agencies.
- You are results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Ideally you have already gained experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Ideally you are familiar with ecommerce metrics and KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, CRO and CLV.
- Ideally you are proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
