Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

In this role, you'll be the voice of quality throughout the entire product journey — from early development to customer feedback. You'll help define clear targets, make sure everyone's on the same page, and ensure our products meet the standards they’re meant to. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with different teams, dive into real feedback from customers, and help solve problems before they grow. Responsibilities

Quality Integration in Product Development: Actively support development teams through all project milestones (PCP), using quality-relevant methods like FMEA, risk management, and lessons learned. Ensure product quality release based on test results and full compliance with standards and directives (e.g., CE, CCC, RoHS, Reach).

Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and structure customer feedback, consolidate learnings from past projects and complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and communicate corrective actions to relevant departments for continuous quality improvements.

Guideline Development and Claims Handling: Provide inputs for internal guidelines based on project insights, claim investigations, and customer input. Support claim resolution, define mitigation actions, and assist customer care with complex cases.

Quality Reporting and Process Adherence: Monitor and report on quality KPIs, support quality reporting activities, and ensure adherence to established processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Quality Support: Contribute to engineering change management and product line extensions. Support supplier quality efforts through audits, analysis, and 8D reporting.

Skills & Experience

Electronical or mechanical engineer or equivalent background with a strong sense for quality

Good to have knowledge and expertise of quality tools / Six Sigma or equivalent

Profound knowledge in IT systems and tools know how

Fluent in English and in German

Organizational and functional comprehension

Analytical thinking and structured way of working

Pro-active and achievement orientedv
