The Technology & Operations (Tech&Ops) division designs and integrates a wide range of IT solutions, from portfolio management systems to trading platforms and banking applications. Responsible for many of the Group's key innovations, T&O also ensures operational efficiency, the development of custodian and fund administration services, and cybersecurity.
Join Tech & Cyber Risk Management service within the Tech&Ops division in Geneva. Our Cybersecurity Engineering team focuses on safeguarding digital assets through detection engineering, incident response, and automation. You’ll enhance cloud security and identity management across both cloud and on-premises environments.
Your role
- Oversee and enhance security measures within Azure and AWS environments.
- Collaborate with related teams to ensure cloud environments meet compliance standards and define security requirements to maintain robust cloud security.
- Serve as the cybersecurity point of contact for projects involving the use or deployment of cloud services, leveraging your experience with cloud-related technologies and services.
- Support the evolution of security compliance for identity management, focusing on identity security across on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Develop and implement advanced detection strategies to identify and respond to cybersecurity threats. Collaborate with the team to enhance incident response capabilities and automate detection processes across our cloud and on-premises environments.
Your profile
- 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a strong focus on cloud security and identity management.
- Higher education in information technology or cybersecurity.
- Proficient in managing security within Azure and AWS environments, including CSPM solutions, SIEM technologies and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Puppet.
- Experience with identity management systems and authentication protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Bash or equivalent) and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices for cloud security.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a facilitator and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Currently residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
