Laboratory Technician

Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities

Conduct laboratory testing for R&D, requalification, production optimization, related projects in compliance with relevant standards

Document all results in LIMS and report non-conformities

Perform chemical, physical, thermal and visual measurements

Maintain, validate and calibrate lab equipment

Manage samples, chemicals, and lab inventory

Support test planning and problem solving

Cooperate closely with QA, R&D, and plant lab teams

Maintain clean lab policy and support sustainability initiatives

Your qualifications

Technical/scientific education in chemistry, textiles or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory work

Understanding of statistics and measurement uncertainty

Independent, organized, and detail-oriented approach

Accountable and reliability

Office 365

Laboratory testing applications

Polish language - fluent

English language -

communicative

ice to have:

Experience with 3D measurement (FaroArm, PolyWorks)

Knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with LIMS environment
