Our client, a global manufacturer with HQ in Switzerland, is seeking a Lead M365 Engineer to join their team in Luzern. As a Lead M365 Engineer, you will oversee a small team and external providers, driving initiatives in Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps.
Location: Lucerne / Luzern, min. 60% remote work possible

Our client, a global manufacturer with HQ in Switzerland, is seeking a Lead M365 Engineer to join their team in Luzern. As a Lead M365 Engineer, you will oversee a small team and external providers, driving initiatives in Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps.
As the Lead M365 Engineer, you will spearhead projects and ensure seamless collaboration across internal platforms. Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure, you will lead a team of two internal engineers while managing external resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise M365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps)
- Oversee collaboration tools to meet business needs
- Lead IT initiatives, aligning with strategic goals
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external providers
- Mentor and guide the team
Your profile:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps)
- Strong IT project management and leadership skills
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and automation
- EU/EFTA citizenship
