We are looking for an Expert Trade Compliance (f/m/d) 80-100% to strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser Flow and help us shape the future of international trade compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations comply with global trade regulations and making our compliance network stronger and more resilient.

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Expert Trade Compliance looking to join a dynamic team? Can you ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and laws? Are you capable of managing import/export processes and mitigating risks associated with global trade activities?

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Develop, implement, and manage global trade compliance programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and sanctions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance practices.
- Provide guidance, recommendations, and training to internal network on trade compliance matters.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations and update company policies accordingly.
- Manage and resolve any trade compliance issues or violations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance activities and processes.
- Optimize processes within the scope of trade compliance procedures.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a bachelor's degree in international business, Law, or a related field.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in global trade compliance or a related role.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate fluently in German and English
