Expert Trade Compliance (f/m/d)

We are looking for an Expert Trade Compliance (f/m/d) 80-100% to strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser Flow and help us shape the future of international trade compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations comply with global trade regulations and making our compliance network stronger and more resilient.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

• Develop, implement, and manage global trade compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and sanctions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance practices.
• Provide guidance, recommendations, and training to internal network on trade compliance matters.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations and update company policies accordingly.
• Manage and resolve any trade compliance issues or violations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance activities and processes.
• Optimize processes within the scope of trade compliance procedures. 

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Have a bachelor's degree in international business, Law, or a related field.
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in global trade compliance or a related role.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate fluently in German and English
