Sales Manager Venture MOVELI
We are a diverse team of engineers and business developers working on a multitude of innovative products and technology projects as part of a new business unit bringing innovative products to market. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and business developers, both from our team in Zürich and our divisions across Europe.Your job will be to introduce new innovative MOVELI products. MOVELI is a new spin-off from Moovimenta group (with over 850M CHF in annual revenue) focusing on the mobile robotics market. For this position we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the field of intralogistics and factory automation. You will play a leading role in establishing our new market presence, finding, and supporting our new clients and sharing your experiences from the field to steer future technical developments.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering powerful presentations to different levels of stakeholder audiences.
- Managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads and nurturing clients, including pricing.
- Visiting integrators, partners and end-users to secure new orders.
- Representing the company at industrial fairs, showcasing products and engaging with prospects and clients.
- Collaborating with the technical team to provide comprehensive client support.
- Collaborating with the communication team to enhance the company’s visibility in the market.
- Share market insights with the business unit to promote product improvement and innovation.
What we look for
- University degree in Business or Engineering or comparable qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Automation, Intralogistics and/or Robotics.
- Having a well-established network in the Intralogistics sector is a strong asset.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Desire to work on complex and multifaceted challenges.
- Willingness to travel.
