GenAI Enablement Lead

Within PAM Tech, the technological arm of Pictet AM, the GenAI Enablement Lead will be responsible for establishing and driving GenAI enablement and oversight, ensuring that solutions are developed and deployed in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices. 

Your role will focus on promoting and facilitating GenAI adoption across the department, ensuring technology-driven business value while safeguarding compliance and ethical AI use.

Your role

• Defining the PAM Tech GenAI Strategy, aligning it with business needs and identifying opportunities for productivity gains. The strategy will balance the use of SaaS vs internal platforms, considering cost and benefits. 


• Acting as an enabler for GenAI use case assessment, prioritisation, and resource planning within PAM Tech. 


• Driving the adoption of GenAI tools and practices across development teams, with a strong focus on delivering value through hands-on implementation. 


• Working closely with Product Owners to identify high-impact GenAI use cases, structure AI squads, and accelerate prototype delivery. 


• Defining and maintaining best practices, frameworks, and workflows to support decentralised GenAI development. 


• Evaluating and integrating GenAI technologies such as AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, and Salesforce AgentForce, into PAM Tech's ecosystem. 


• Conducting assessments of external GenAI platforms, tools, and APIs to ensure alignment with internal policies, security, and regulatory standards. 


• Collaborating with architecture, security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all GenAI initiatives are compliant and ethically sound. 


• Working closely with Data Owners and Data Platform Team to facilitate access to reliable data for GenAI. 


• Leading training and awareness sessions to upskill development teams and promote GenAI usage. 


• Staying hands-on with emerging technologies and continuously assess their feasibility and scalability within our environment.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification, specialised in Technology. 


• Proven experience in delivering AI solutions or prototypes in a business environment. 


• Strong technical understanding of GenAI platforms, particularly AWS, Lang Family and Snowflake. 


• Experience working closely with product teams to transform ideas into working AI applications. 


• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act). 


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. 


• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance innovation, delivery, and risk management. 


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
