Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date for our site in Pratteln (Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance projects across the organization.
• Provide expert advice to various departments on regulatory queries.
• Participate in compliance reviews and investigations.
• Propose updates to policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
• Support day-to-day compliance operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure company-wide compliance.
• Stay abreast of external regulatory developments and their potential impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant compliance certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and Project management skills.
• Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous.
• Ability to work independent and be a self-driven person.
• Strong team player
