We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and analytical professional with a passion for driving results to join our Customer Value Management team. In this role, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to enhance our B2C existing customer initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Flanker Brands, ensuring they drive customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth through targeted strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Tasks:
- Define and execute customer base strategy and framework, aimed at optimizing customer lifetime value, including: identifying relevant customer cohorts and Next-Best-Offers (NBOs), designing communication concepts and contact strategies, steering targeted communications and campaigns for existing customers
- Take end-to-end ownership of omnichannel campaigns and projects with the goal of optimizing customer "in-life" journeys, from ideation to implementation, ensuring success and robust monitoring
- Redesign end-to-end customer base journeys and related communications to enhance the overall customer experience
- Oversee and advance the development of our AI-based NBO engine, scaling its application across multiple channels to maximize impact.
- Manage the legacy product portfolio, ensuring the right balance between complexity and value
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in existing customer marketing.
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other scientific fields
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm is a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in campaign and project management, with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the Swiss telecommunications market is a plus
- Strong leadership and assertiveness skills, with the ability to drive results across teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent proficiency in German and English
