As part of a dynamic team in an international environment, they’re looking for a talented Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to drive the future of process automation and technical innovation. Your Role
- Develop and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to optimize business processes across systems.
- Drive the advancement of business process automation on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Platform Engineering team lead to deliver impactful solutions.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies like REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, SOAP, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Foster agility within the team by applying methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking.
- Work as part of a forward-thinking IT operations team focused on efficiency and innovation.
- Leverage training opportunities in low-code development and process automation to continuously enhance your skills.
- Communicate and collaborate fluently in both German and English with an international team.
Your Profile
- A university degree in computer science or equivalent technical training.
- Several years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in developing workflows and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with other low-code environments or experience as a software developer (a plus).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and SOAP.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath and automation tools like Power Automate Desktop.
- Proficiency in agile methods and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and oral).
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured, methodical approach to work.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Living in Switzerland or willing to relocate :)
