For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Procurement / Supply Chain Specialist.

Your responsibilities:
- Operational procurement and management of assigned product groups, as well as supplier support
- Processing orders in systems, planning, and procuring requirements
- Monitoring order status, obtaining order confirmations, and tracking deadlines to ensure on-time deliveries
- Direct communication with suppliers to secure delivery dates
- Conducting operational procurement controlling
- Designing and optimizing operational procurement processes
- Handling supplier invoices
- Maintaining master data of all relevant information in the ERP system
Your qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in operational procurement or similar roles
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Structured and efficient working methods
