Your mission is to drive our revenue growth management (RGM) agenda within the Commercial organization. Your role is critical in translating market and shopper insights into category initiatives, which fuel our annual Business Plan (BP). You'll identify portfolio and pricing opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and co-create business cases for RGM initiatives. By aligning our portfolio with key drinking occasions and tracking performance, you'll ensure our RGM strategy contributes to our Company’s revenue and profit growth.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate market and shopper insights into category initiatives, which develop and evolve our RGM strategy to feed the annual Business Plan (BP) process.
- Identify insight-led portfolio and pricing opportunities for all categories, which drive mix optimization for revenue and gross profit growth.
- Lead multi-category portfolio and pricing initiatives, in collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders, which advance our Swiss business unit RGM strategy. Co-create business cases for RGM initiatives to quantify “size of prize” and influence investment prioritization decisions.
- Together with the Revenue Growth Manager, co-design multi-category Pack and Price Strategy, based on the OBPPC (Occasion-Brand-Pack-Price-Channel) framework, combining market data, shopper and customer insights, Group Commercial guidelines and applicable best practices.
- Align pack roles with occasions for key categories, ensuring our portfolio is wellsuited to address prioritized drinking moments in the right sales channels.
- Track RGM initiative performance against pre-defined KPIs. Identify gaps and work with cross-functional stakeholders to take early course-correcting action whenever needed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive mix optimization across all channels. Ensure RGM initiatives are included in key customer plans, which drive revenue and gross profit growth via pack and price mix.
- Support trade marketing teams to create 360º shopping trip look of success for specific OBPPC initiatives.
- Develop and uphold the internal pricing process, which defines the workflow and rolesort for all pricing decisions on Swiss business unit level. Act as a custodian of the process, developing materials and tools, which enable its usability and usefulness to the organization.
- Support the Revenue Growth Manager and Commercial Excellence Director with any other given business task
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- You completed a Master's degree (University/FH)
- Several years of work experience required (3-5 years)
- Advanced project management and influencing without authority
- Aptitude for customer- and consumer-centric thinking and general affinity to marketing
- Strong commercial finance acumen
- Strategic and analytical mind, able to “connect the dots” in multiple data sources and explain findings to nonexpert audiences
- Passion for evidence-based problem solving
- You have an entrepreneurial thinking
- You are fluent in German and English
- Advanced level of MS Excel usage, SAP BW user experience
