As the Senior Manager, Medtech Quality Communications, you will play an important role in driving our communication strategies for the quality function of our MedTech business. This is a critical position where you will join a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the development of quality-related communications to help protect and enhance company reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sr Director, MedTech Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality Communications and Public Affairs, this role will lead the management and execution of our MedTech quality-related communications. This will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the development of quality-related communication messaging and materials to help protect and enhance company reputation.
- Collaborate with teams from different businesses, regions, and functions to elevate our quality story and effectively convey important information to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner closely and support our MedTech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications.
- Work with global Quality and Communications leaders for day-to-day management and coordination related to quality-related opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits.
- Ensure consistency in communications approach across MedTech and maintain knowledge of all quality communications.
- Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues and advancements as well as potential risk and policy actions.
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of all communication materials.
