To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a:
QA Automation Engineer (100%)
Starting date: From May 2025 - 6-month fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover)
Your role:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join us for a 6 month contract. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for quality assurance and automation.
What you will own:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify and report software defects
- Work with manual QA engineers to identify areas for automation and improve overall testing efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation tools and technologies
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on automation
- Experience in software testing methodologies and frameworks like Cypress and Selenium
- Strong command of JavaScript and Python
- Passion for quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset, hands-on and proactive
- Open to performing manual testing as needed
- Fluency in English (French would be a plus)
