Mission: As the Global Atracsys Business Developer, you'll spearhead our market expansion in the Computer/Robotic Assisted Surgery (CAS/RAS) sector. Your role is critical in acquiring new customers, nurturing key accounts, and driving our market share to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively pursue and uncover all optical tracking opportunities within CAS/RAS markets
- Consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services
- Maintain meticulous CRM records, updating weekly
- Analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure custom development feasibility
- Master product demonstrations, including complex Software/SDK explanations
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships
- Negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers
- Represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events
- market research & pioneer new sales channelsfor market expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree
- 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTech
- Deep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS/RAS
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
- Consistent record of surpassing sales targets
- Willingness to travel internationally (10-20 trips annually)
- Sharp business acumen with strong digital marketing instincts
- Ambitious self-starter with a proven track record of achievement
- Ability to forge strong relationships in an international team
- Fluency in English and French, with high-level communication skills
