What you do:
- Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
- Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
- Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
- Development of long-term customer support strategies
What you bring:
- Minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
- Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
- Fluent German and English language skills are required
- Positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
