Our client, a leading financial institution in the Swiss crypto industry, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their team in Zürich. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the master strategy and generating alpha. They have an established firm with a strong track record of growth and success.
As the Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the leadership team and be responsible for managing a team of quant researchers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing the master strategy to generate alpha in the crypto market. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the master strategy and driving its execution
- Collaborating with the leadership team to align investment strategies with overall business objectives
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Building and managing a portfolio of crypto assets
- Monitoring and evaluating portfolio performance
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in crypto either as a Portfolio Manager in an institutional portfolio management setting or directly in the crypto industry. Key requirements include:
- Experience in generating alpha in the crypto market
- In-depth knowledge of crypto assets and the broader digital currency ecosystem
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of quants and researchers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
