Over the past 10 years, we have built a reputation for trust, innovation, and excellence in the cryptocurrency industry. With the Bity Wallet, a secure, non-custodial mobile wallet that gives users full control of their crypto, payments and bill settlements can be made directly within Switzerland.
In addition to our core services, we are actively involved in exciting Web3 projects involving Gold NFTs and the tokenization of real-world assets. As we continue to grow and launch groundbreaking new products, we are looking for passionate and skilled Client Experience Specialists to join our Customer Support team.
About the Role of Client Experience Specialist:
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding new users through our platform, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboard new clients and businesses with a friendly and professional approach.
- Provide courteous first and partial second-level support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage and verify clients' KYC/AML documentation, contributing to a secure financial environment.
- Represent Bity on the web and social media, maintaining our positive image and branding.
- Collaborate on internal projects to streamline and enhance our support and onboarding processes.
- Share client feedback with the product team to help improve our services.
- Contribute to our marketing campaigns.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will ensure top-tier customer support, onboard new users, and uphold compliance standards.
Your Profile:
- You excel at communication and understand the value of empathy in user interactions.
- You're fluent in English and French. German is a plus.
- You're a multitasker who can set priorities and manage time effectively.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You're familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain - if not, you're eager to learn.
- You hold at least a CFC or equivalent qualification.
- You're eligible to work in Switzerland.
Our Recruitment Process:

3 Rounds Minimum:
- Round 1: Hiring Manager Interview (Mutual introduction, basic checks, role-specific skills and experience)
- Round 2: Skills Assessment Interview (e.g., case studies or simulations of customer interactions)
- Round 3: Executive Interview
- Round 4: Half-day onsite visit to meet the team and perform some live assessments
- Reference Checks: Conducted for final candidates to verify employment history, performance, and cultural fit
