With Brands for Employees, we offer the leading solution for employee benefits; we reach all university and college students with Brands for Students and, in collaboration with Twint, we realise the majority of Twint Superdeals.
With our 80 employees in Switzerland and Europe, we generate sales in the mid double-digit million range and are characterised by an average growth rate of 70% over the last 4 years. Awarded the SEF.Growth High Potential Label by the Swiss Economic Forum, we are successfully realising our expansion plans in Switzerland and abroad.
We are looking for a committed and development-orientated person for the position of Account Manager in Product Sales! You will be responsible for selecting the best products for our platforms, negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers and further expanding a strong network. With your strategic skills, you will plan and manage campaigns, optimise their performance and always keep an eye on sales targets. The analysis of sales data, the optimisation of the product mix and the further development of price and margin strategies are just as much a part of your daily routine as the smooth execution of campaigns. About the job
We will give you an insight into the following areas:
Sales
- You build up a sustainable and strategically valuable supplier network and maintain long-term partnerships.
- You negotiate prices, conditions and product specifications professionally to ensure attractive offers for our platforms.
- You coordinate the smooth planning, implementation and execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You ensure a competitive and target group-oriented range of offers and optimise this continuously.
- You are responsible for target sales and the economic performance of the planned campaigns.
- You identify innovative business opportunities, e.g. by attending trade fairs, market analyses or networking events.
Campaign Management
- You develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and profit in your product category.
- You create and manage detailed annual plans, forecasts and budgets to ensure effective resource management.
- You analyse sales data and market developments in order to optimise the product mix, pricing and margin development.
- You monitor and improve processes within your category to ensure the efficiency and success of campaigns.
Your profil
- Mindset: You have a deep understanding of business and e-commerce-specific processes and recognise potential in product categorisation and campaign planning in order to actively increase sales and profit.
- Reliability & Work Style: You are characterised by a high level of self-motivation, a hands-on mentality and a structured and responsible way of working. Your strong analytical thinking skills and flair for market and customer trends help you to make well-founded decisions.
- Professional experience: You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of e-commerce, category management, data analysis and supplier management. You have expertise in negotiating terms and conditions as well as in developing and implementing strategic campaigns.
- Educational background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have undergone further training in category management, purchasing or sales.
- IT Proficiency: You are confident in using digital tools for data analysis and campaign planning (e.g. Excel, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms) and are familiar with modern digital processes.
- Language Skills: You have excellent oral and written German language skills and are able to use your communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage
