- Gérer les commandes dans SAP et assurer le suivi client.
- Prendre des commandes par téléphone et par écrit.
- Optimiser les processus et soutenir l'équipe dans diverses tâches.
Compétences
- Formation en commerce avec 2 ans d'expérience en service client.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe.
- Connaissance des outils informatiques, SAP est un plus.

(davon 40% Homeoffice möglich)
- Verwaltung der Kundendatenbank in verschiedenen Systemen (SAP/Salesforce)
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen
- Beschwerden Management
- Strategische Steuerung der Rechnungsstellung inklusive Gutschriften Management
- Mithilfe Monatsabschluss
- Backlog Management
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
- Mithilfe beim Angebotsprozess
- Prozessoptimierung
Are you a match?
Überzeugt auf ganzer Linie | Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) als Kauffrau/Kaufmann
- Erfahrung im Kundendienst (mind. 2 Jahre) oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache, oder Bereitschaft, diese zu lernen
- kontaktfreudige, teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Exaktes Arbeiten, analytisches, qualitätsbewusstes und prozessorientiertes Handeln
- Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Interesse an technischen Produkten und Dienstleistungen
