What will you be doing?
- Manage and further develop language programs : sales, marketing, customer support and loyalty, team leadership.
- Take ownership of direct sales. Sell language programs through CRM management in a smart and effective manner.
- Achievement of sales targets (weekly, monthly, yearly). Individual and team targets.
- Building and maintain partnerships.
- Recruitment, leadership, coaching and development of employees
Who are you?
- Ambitious, communicative and entrepreneurial personality with a doer mentality.
- Analytical thinker, problem-solving-oriented and structured way of working.
- Experience in sales and leadership skills that you can demonstrate.
- Fully fluent in French with strong knowledge of English.
- University degree (Uni/HES) or career changer with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ideally you have lived abroad
