Randstad is providing services to the company 'Just Eat Takeaway' by recruiting some couriers for them. We are currently having a team of 2 people working specifically for this client (1 person based in Zurich, 1 person based in Geneva).
To reinforce the Zurich team, we are looking for an
Account Assistant (m/w/d)
your typical day includes:
- HR administration for employees (complete administration from onboarding to offboarding, employment contracts, social security declarations, family allowances, pension fund, health, and accident insurance)
- Supporting the recruitment of temporary staff alongside the Account Specialist and Talent Advisor
- Support with the salary run
- Managing work permits
- Addressing various questions from employees and Just Eat in an international environment
- Coordinating events for temporary staff
- Handling administrative tasks related to HR functions

qualifications
what we ask for:
- Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or higher education (e.g., HEG), ideally complemented by a personnel management assistant certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an international company is a plus
- Experience with numerical data (e.g., payroll management, etc.)
- Native German speaker, fluent in English, French would be an advantage
- Proficient with IT tools, especially Google workspace
- Familiarity with Easytemp is a plus
- You are detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive
- You demonstrate maturity, strong communication skills, and excellent priority management
- You thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Team-oriented, you take initiative and are highly organized and trustworthy
