succession plan, we are looking for a service-orientated personality for our site in Zollikofen /
BE as:
Your tasks
- Overall responsible for Production, Engineering, Supply chain and Quality for our Swiss manufactoring sites
- Lead and mentor local teams to exemplify and promote the culture according to the guiding principles
- Ensure the implementation of the UCC Europe strategy
- Managing and securing green coffee for our roasting plants
- Achieve process and annual targets
- Overall coordination of the Zollikofen, Sursee & Trimmis sites
- Ensuring the flow of information
- Responsible for the budget and capex (investment applications) and ensure the controlling
- Responsible for energy and waste monitoring incl. procurement
- Ensuring signature/financial competences
- Ensuring the professional hiring/firing of employees
- Ensuring the comprehensive induction of new employees
- Ensuring continuous personnel development
- Supporting the Retail & OOH sales areas
- Supporting the finance department
- Continuous management/coaching of employees (operational, professional, personal), in collaboration with line managers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements/laws/certifications (IFS, ISO 9001) & all labelling requirements incl. compulsory stock handling
- Responsible for crisis management, dealing with customers and authorities in the event of a crisis (the European Operations Director or the persons authorised by him are responsible for communication with the media)
Your profile
- University degree (Uni/FH) preferably in the food industry; further training in business administration
- Several years of experience in a similar function
- Communicative, customer- and solution-orientated personality
- As an entrepreneurial type, you act in a structured manner, are self-confident and take responsibility
- Analytical, structured way of thinking, high affinity for figures and analyses
- Negotiation skills and perseverance
- You enjoy working with various IT systems
- German native speaker and very good written and spoken English skills (French an advantage)
