As a Structures Specialist Composite you will perform component maintenance and composite repair activities (as tests, repairs, overhauls, and modifications) in accordance with valid work instructions and in compliance with related regulations considering time, cost, and quality at all times.

As a Structures Specialist Composite you will perform component maintenance and composite repair activities (as tests, repairs, overhauls, and modifications) in accordance with valid work instructions and in compliance with related regulations considering time, cost, and quality at all times.
Your tasks
- Perform testing, composite repairs, modifications, and overhauls of aircraft components in compliance with CMM, work instructions, and shop orders
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable instructions and regulatory requirements
- Execute repairs based on customer orders and defined work scopes
- Maintain a strong focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
- Maximize productivity through optimal workload utilization
- Adhere strictly to standard practices, processes, and quality guidelines
- Comply with all safety regulations and workplace policies
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
- Work in a two-shift system
Your Profile
- Ideally, a qualification in aircraft composite repair and maintenance or a comparable technical apprenticeship in composite material technologies
- Strong communication and coordination skills in English
- Independent, precise, and detail-oriented working style
- Open-minded and adaptable personality
- Basic IT proficiency
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
