Role Purpose
The Internal Communications and Change Management Expert drives employee engagement initiatives, supports organizational transformations, and fosters a culture of transparency and adaptability. This role combines expertise in crafting compelling communications with skills in guiding teams through change initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective communication to all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
- Develop and distribute engaging, clear, and consistent messages tailored to different audiences across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, town halls, newsletters). Support leadership, helping to shape messages that resonate with employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
Change Management
- Partner with leadership to design and execute change management strategies for organizational changes, system upgrades, process changes or other.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify key audiences, their needs, and potential resistance points.
- Develop communication plans to ensure seamless adoption of change initiatives.
- Create metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and adoption.
Employee Engagement
- Contribute to initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to provide actionable insights for organizational decision-making. Regularly report findings to leadership and recommend improvements.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or any related field.
Experience
- Significant years of experience in a similar role in internal communications, change management or a related discipline. Has a proven track record of managing successful change and communication initiatives engaging diverse employee audiences.
Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, ideally German and/or French
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with change management frameworks
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint etc.)
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and employee feedback
