Sales Assistant

We are the new Concept Store created by the Tournesol International Group: an exclusive pop-up outlet in Zurich, where top brands meet irresistible prices.

We are looking for a charismatic and motivated Sales Assistant who wants to be part of our team based in Zurich.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create attractive product displays and ensure that shelves are always well-stocked and impeccably organized.
• Provide a unique shopping experience: guide customers with passion, offer personalized advice, and respond promptly to their inquiries.
• Manage the stockroom accurately by checking the correspondence between received goods and orders, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Handle cash register operations reliably, processing sales and payments with precision and courtesy.

Requirements:

• You are customer-oriented and love creating tailored shopping experiences.
• You already have experience in the fashion and retail industry.
• You are dynamic, resilient, and can remain calm even during the busiest days.
• You speak fluent German and English; knowledge of Italian and Swiss German is a plus.
