For our international Operations Team, we are looking for you as:
Your Responsibilities:

Strategic and operational responsibility for GCS’ global mine action operations
- Overseeing day-to-day management and budget of our Operations Department
- Leading our Operations Management Team and interfacing with the rest of GCS
- Regular visits to operational projects and potential project sites
- Providing operational and strategic advice to our CEO
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in military science, business, engineering or similar fields with 10 years management experience
- Track record of several years in mine action services or related industries
- EOD 3 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experienced in managing mine action Operations with strong people skills
- Strong leadership and people skills and excellent communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
