Inside Sales Representative (Closer)
Closing deals and securing new customers for IWG is the most important part of our sales process. We need our best people focussed on this task. To succeed, you must be highly motivated & competitive, a great communicator and have a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Job Purpose
After a customer has completed a sales tour, you will close deals with them, either on a call or via Teams. You will do this be presenting our range of products and services to new and existing customers to help them find the right solution for their business. Post deal you will follow up with the client to ensure they are satisfied, get referrals, up-sell, cross-sell and ensure they have a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed demanding sales targets.
- Handle objections by creating and proposing solutions from our range of products and services.
- Sell the full range of IWG products and services.
- Negotiate positive outcomes for IWG.
- Build relationships with customers to gain their trust and commitment.
- Deal with a high volume of phone-based sales enquiries.
- Use the CRM to track and manage leads.organised and prioritise swiftly and efficiently
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in high volume sales (e.g. call centre), with demonstrated track record of exceeding targets compared to peers.
- Motivated by closing deals and upselling opportunities. Thrives on overcoming challenges and rejection
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritize swiftly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at building rapport.
- Confident to ask for the business, demonstrated ability of objection handling and creative solutions to close deals.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software for tracking and managing leads.
- Excellent at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple leads, and staying methodical with follow-ups.
- Native Speaker: Fluent in the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for engaging with diverse customers, curiosity to address their needs, pride in knowing IWG's solutions, and drive to achieve results and explore career opportunities.
