Project Manufacturing Leader

The main activities will be focused on organizing and coordinating all manufacturing activities related to new customer projects implementation within the plant together with the Project and Plant team.
Responsible for manufacturing activities to achieve a smooth launch meeting targets before SOP
Responsible for project Industrialization of new customer products
Create and update required machinery capacity analysis and availability
Define technical specifications of new equipment or adaptation of Existing
Management of equipment projects with suppliers, from technical definition until SOP
Responsible to manage investment budget
Manage industrialization timing plan and monitoring activities of involved resources
Responsible for customer R@R & pre-serial
Ensure proper communication and coordination between project and plant team
Ensure manufacturing feasibility
Confirm tooling & checking fixtures specifications
Validate P-FMEA
Degree in Engineering or related technical degree qualifications
5 to 10 years experience in Production and/or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience in Program and Project Management, leading Project Teams
Proven skills in automotive manufacturing (product, process, technologies)
Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Development Center, Plant Process Engineering, Production Systems, Logistics) in different locations
English bussiness level.
