Business Strategy Planning Manager

YOUR CHALLENGES

The Business Strategy Planning Manager is responsible for the:

• Support the leadership team in enhancing the organization's productivity applying best practices contributing with ideas and initiatives also based on own observations, assessments and thinking ahead
• Consolidate competitor and market analysis for the SSG business
• Coordinate the strategic and tactical planning process for SSG, own and drive subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks
• Support the strategy deployment process including the target setting process
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the organization's priorities are met including follow-ups on tasks and deadlines
• Prepare reports and presentations with guidance of the team
• Support and prepare effective communication for SSG
• Prepare and moderate workshops and meetings with the leadership team
• Conduct research, gather and process information to prepare and support the decision-making process
• Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus as well as ad-hoc requests

YOUR COMPENTENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering or economy.
• Master's Degree preferred
• Fluent business English skills written and spoken
• 4+ years working experience in the respective market sector 
• Years of experience in vacuum industry 
• Sales and marketing experience
