Leasing Manager 100%
Your Misssion
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead our local leasing team and support shape the future of Landquart Fashion Outlet. In this role, you will drive commercial success by securing strong brand partnerships and maintaining a high-quality occupancy rate in alignment with our strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire the on-site leasing team
- Drive the full leasing cycle- from market research and lead generation to negotiations and contract finalization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants
- Analyze market trends and identify strategic brand opportunities
- Represent the outlet at industry events and conferences in Switzerland and across Europe
- Collaborate closely with internal departments
- Monitor lease renewals and proactily manage lease terms and expirations
- Planning and reporting the leasing budget
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in leasing, ideally in the retail or outlet sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent market knowledge and an established network in the retail industry
- Team leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Hands-on, results-oriented and highly organized personality
