Your Role
As the Head of Lounges, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our lounge business. You will lead and develop lounge managers, oversee daily operations, refine lounge offerings, and play a critical role in expanding our network, including supporting franchise partners.
Our current lounge network consists of five locations in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain, and the global expansion is ongoing. Reporting directly to senior management, you will work closely with the executive team to shape the future of Racing Unleashed and drive sustainable business success.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the lounge business, working closely with the executive team to drive growth and innovation
- Own the P&L for the lounge business, managing revenues and costs to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop lounge managers to ensure operational excellence and team performance
- Own and enhance the product and service offering in the lounges, ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations
- Define and implement strategies and initiatives to improve business performance and customer engagement
- Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards
- Drive the ongoing international expansion of the lounge network, including the roll-out of new locations
- Support franchise partners in maintaining and delivering the Racing Unleashed lounge concept
- Work collaboratively with the management team to align lounge operations with the company’s broader strategic goals
Your Qualification
- Extensive experience in hospitality, lounge management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in multi-location oversight
- Passion for motorsports, sim racing, and innovative customer experiences
- Experience in business expansion and roll-out of new locations
- Proven track record in optimizing business performance and customer engagement
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset with hands-on operational excellence
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on high-end service
- Experience in franchise operations is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus
