Frida is more than just a Mexican street food and cocktail bar – we’re a creative, soul-driven space full of flavor, community, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager (50%) to help us take our concept to the next level.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and basic HR tasks
- Monitor hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations
- Support event organization, private bookings, and daily service
- Be the go-to problem solver during service when the owner is not present
💡 Who You Are
- Experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
- Fluent in German and English (Spanish is a big plus!)
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an eye for detail
- Passionate about food, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences
