Job Description
Our Fund Management Company / AIFM in Liechtenstein is looking for a Fund Operations Manager to complement our team of eight specialists, who collaborate in a trusted and familiar working atmosphere that fosters the personal growth of employees. As a Fund Operations Manager in our team, you will assume the responsibility for the following main tasks:

Support the multifaceted day-to-day management of the operational fund business of LGT Capital Partners (FL) Ltd. (e.g., billing process, contract management, fee flow monitoring);

Collaborate with internal and external service providers (e.g. fund administrators, custodian banks, tax advisors) and be a go-to person for outsourcing management and various day-to-day issues;

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reports and manage fund taxation matters, including annual reporting;

Participate in ambitious fund structuring projects and contribute to a diverse range of business management activities in a tight-knit team of operations, risk management and compliance specialists, where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.
Requirements

Commercial apprenticeship or a higher degree in business administration, accounting, or finance;

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the operational fund business (e.g., fund administration, fund accounting, fund structuring, custodial and banking services, fund taxation) or with a Fund Management Company / Alternative Investment Fund Manager;

Proficiency in German and business fluency in English are essential;

Ability to work independently with good priority management and attention to detail;

As a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you are committed to achieving high-quality results and take accountability for matters handled by the team.
